Wrong is Wrong only IF Trump's prosecutions of his enemies are political.

@NateTheLawyer, I strongly disagree with your statement:

[Political prosecutions are always wrong.
-They were wrong when Trump was targeted, and they’re wrong now when he turns the tables on his opponents.]

If you manufacture a crime, if you change a law in New York to retroactively attack your political enemies, that is wrong. If however you prosecute individuals for gross crimes it does not matter if they are your political enemies.

Look at Schiff that had access to various SCIFs(Sensitive compartmented information facility) and lied on the House Floor, lied every night on TV, and used those lies to to alter elections, oust a POTUS all the while intimidating, manufacturing and coaching witnesses. All of the other members of congress with those SCIF accesses KNEW Schiff was lying but could not say a darn thing because they would be in violation of oaths and National Security NDAs. The witness tampering may very well be a crime. The lying most likely not. If I ever had to swear an oath to tell the truth before congress I would be found in contempt because I would insist that the House Rep. asking me questions raise their hand up next to mine and swear the same oath under penalty of prison. You can lie like a rug in Macy's Window if you are a congressman on the House Floor with absolute impunity. Then there are the crimes involving FISA and #Obamagate. Plus there are the mortgage issues similar to James.

Let us talk about Comey and his FBI stooges working with the Fmr. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, POTUS Obama and the Corpse of Joe Biden to lie on affidavits to the FISA courts to spy on numerous members of the Trump 2016 campaign and later on POTUS himself. That is a gross crime which shakes the veracity of the FISA courts. Being secretive, such misuses of the FISA courts cannot go unanswered. Lives were ruined. Trump weathered the storms but individuals and our government itself suffered greatly. The FISA courts came close to not being renewed by congress because of this and that would be a severe blow to our National Security.

Bad actors that have committed gross crimes and shaken the confidence of the people in all three branches of our government cannot be given a pass simply because they are Trump's sworn enemies.

What can be clearer to you as a lawyer than the Civil Rights Violations committed by James & Bragg in NYC against Trump? Can civil rights prosecutions and convictions happen in New York? Idk... However; as a former detective & prosecutor you know that when you have a bad actor you cast a wide net and get them on anything you can. James' mortgage fraud outside of New York State looks like a shoe in, being she claimed her father as her husband on one of her mortgages. Hey they got Al Capone on taxes... Although the Federal Government violated Capone's civil rights by switching out his possibly rigged jury with a Rigged Prohibition Jury of their own.

Did Trump commit crimes in any of the cases he was prosecuted? I do not believe so. The prosecutions of Trump IMO were Political and as you say Wrong!

Did the people that Trump is calling for the DOJ prosecutions commit crimes, gross crimes, crimes shaking the public confidence in all three branches of the Federal Government? I believe so. And I include the New York stooges because they coordinated with both the Obama & Biden administrations.

Wrong is Wrong only IF Trump's prosecutions of his enemies are political. I believe the crimes must not be dismissed just because the criminal actors are Trump's Political Enemies.

These charges are a long time in coming. It would be nice to see a well managed unbiased US DOJ go head on against federal, state and municipal corruption.

NOLA Mayor Cantrell first got my ire in the attitude she exhibited over the first class seating for black mayors nonsense and the infighting she went through with NOLA city administrators regarding her excesses.
