Hey Everyone,
I wanted to let everyone know what has happened.
The case was dismissed and we are allowed to refile. It has been 6 months and finally, we know the outcome.
Essentially, the judge concluded that even though Bouzy’s claims were false we did not have enough to show actual malice.
We had to show that Bouzy knew what he was saying was false but said them anyway.
As an example when Bouzy claimed that I was not a lawyer, this statement alone was not enough to sue for defamation.
But we believed that when Bouzy later claimed that he knew I was a lawyer when he claimed I was not, this was enough to show actual malice.
The court stated:
"He (Bouzy) also admitted that, when he made an earlier claim about not being able to find any record of Plaintiff practicing law, he “already had the information” but was “waiting for someone else to tweet it” so he would not be accused of inappropriately sharing Plaintiff’s real name on social media."
The court then reasoned that:
“Defendant, referencing back to an earlier tweet in which he said there was “no history of him practicing” and that “[m]aybe the name he is using isn’t his real name,”stated that he “already had the information.” (Id.) This statement does not demonstrate that Defendant knew at the outset that Plaintiff was in fact a lawyer under another name. Moreover, it is unclear what “information” he had—assuming that the information was Plaintiff’s real name, Defendant’s statement that there was “no history of him practicing” is still substantially true with regard to the social media persona he was apparently referencing.”
With this, the court has allowed us to refile and we are considering it. We believe the court got it wrong but we respect the court decision. Defamation cases are notoriously hard to win but we gave it our best shot.
I am sad at this outcome but as a menthoned there are no sure things when you go to court. We are doing our homework and will let you know what we plan to do moving forward.
Thank you all.

A TikTok illegal migrant who flaunted welfare cash and called Americans “stupid” has just been DEPORTED! Leonel Moreno, a Venezuelan migrant, gained online fame by bragging about receiving U.S. government benefits while flashing stacks of cash. He openly mocked hardworking Americans, calling them “idiots” while urging other illegal migrants to take advantage of the system.
His arrogance finally caught up to him when authorities deported him back to Venezuela. His outrageous behavior even caused an uproar on a flight, further sealing his fate. Many are celebrating his removal as a major victory for immigration enforcement, especially under Trump’s policies.
Should illegal migrants who abuse the system be deported immediately? Comment below and share your thoughts! Don’t forget to LIKE & SUBSCRIBE for more breaking news and viral updates!

Mortgage Fraud Alert: Did Letitia James Marry Her Father?
Joel Gilbert - Mar. 20, 2025 8:00 am
[During her victory speech, James declared: “When powerful people cheat to get better loans, it comes at the expense of honest and hardworking people.
Everyday Americans cannot lie to a bank to get a mortgage to buy a home, and if they did, our government would throw the book at them. No matter how big, rich, or powerful you think you are, no one is above the law.”]
My recent revelations in The Gateway Pundit demonstrated that New York Attorney General Letitia James obtained a federal government HAMP loan in 2011 to refinance her apartment building based on false unit information and a highly questionable hardship claim.
In her loan documents, James claimed her multi-family apartment building at Lafayette Avenue in Brooklyn had only four units, even though the official Certificate of Occupancy indicates five apartments.
This may seem a minor point, but James’s false claim helped her obtain a 2.7% government-backed HAMP loan...
